Thank you all for a pleasant stay for the price. We were given a loft suite with villageview upon arrival. The location was peaceful and best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from a famed ski resort. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast.

Uncomplicated check in with a nice welcome by the house dog. The rooms left nothing to be desired and were large and well equipped. It was very nice that there was a free offer of coffee in the lobby, water, fruit even small snacks. Central location.

Room and bathroom were very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the equipment new. The hotel is very centrally located. In the morning there was coffee and delicious cookies in the lobby.

The parking spaces are unfortunately expensive (all over whistler). In a few months you will be able to use a parking lot further out. The staff still seemed to have other things to do than receive/farewell guests.

The rooms are of a good size and everything what you needed, if not more, was there (fireplace, Soundmachine, ...). The valet parking worked without problems. We especially liked that coffee was always available in the lobby and there were also apples and cookies or breakfast bars in the morning. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Unfortunately the hot tub was only slightly warm at 9pm (open until 10pm).

The available loft bedroom option. The kids likes the chocolate cookies.

Such a late check in Room wasn't that clean. Dusty and marks on our bedspread. Fire alarm going off/. Staff not knowing if it was a false alarm or not. Very scary for the kids. Pool/hot tub was not vey clean. No towels available during our stay at the pool.

The room was both functional and generous-sized with a sofa, nice amenities plus living area at the lower level. The location was good and magnificent, close to Whistler Golf Club.

Facilities were awesome, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

perfect spot for exploring whistler and enjoying the outdoors

I loved the central spot just a few steps from Whistler Olympic Plaza and the picturesque Lost Lake. Plus, the daily fresh baked cookies were a delicious treat that added a warm touch to my stay.
